MT Compass 

MT COMPASS is a web based ERP application initially developed for the mining industry but further developed to work for other businesses. Its components consist of HR, MOS, Costing/Finance, and Pipeline to mention only a few. The application can be used by almost  any company, and provides advanced mobility and scalability for your business.

HR (Human Resources)

The HR module handles all employee administration in terms of the placement, internal divisional transfers on production teams, shift administration, employee information and general HR management, minimizing time to make decisions regarding the employment cycle of employees etc.

MOS (Management Operating System)

The purpose of the MOS (Production) module of the MT COMPASS application is to allow the production administration in terms of the planning, bookings and labour planning requirements to fulfil the production targets.

Costing and Financial

The costing module allows for the administration of costing information by the financial practitioners at the various operations.

Pipeline

The purpose of the Pipeline module is to allow for the engagement, maintenance through all the medical, training phases, heat tolerance assessment, all movements and transfers as well as the termination of employees.

It allows you to effectively monitor and manage the cost and processes  of engaging employees.

Safety

The Safety module handles accidents, incidents, special and planned tasks, observations etc, aiding in the proper management of safety.

MIS/Reporting

The MIS module produces detailed reports and dashboards with slice and dice functionality
