MT Estimation

The MT Estimation application was developed to provide the mining industry, specifically the Mineral Resource department, with a geostatistical software package that can be utilized to validate the input data through a series of geostatistical processes and checks to produce an accurate geological model. The geological model forms the basis of this estimation process, and all results are dependent on its accuracy.
The application keeps a record of every step in the estimation for SOX compliance purposes.

Geostatistical Analysis of the Ore Body

The data loaded into the application is run through descriptive stats, histograms, probability plots, trend analysis, and de-clustered stats as a part of the data validation process.
The system runs automated studies for different block sizes, SMU and panels to determinate the optimal grid size for estimation and to calculate the global means.

Grade Estimation

Grade Estimation is a series of automated processes, offering grade proportional models, local and global means, geological proportional models, variography, ordinary kriging, simple kriging, post processing, LDC (Local Distribution Conditioned) and final model combination.

Resource Classification

Evaluate the block model according to the parameters, for example kriging variance, kriging efficiency, regression slope, lower 90% confidence, number of samples per block etc for classifying the resources.
Classify the material for different cut-off’s, automatic reports for grade-tonnage curves.
.

MT Grade Control

The Estimation system if used for short interval control, with easy access, user friendly screens and automated processes for every day evaluation
It is a complete resource estimation system which produces short term models for planning, with full data import and compilation facilities and statistical analysis, and works in rotated or un-rotated, 2d & 3d space
Start models, global mean, variography, ordinary kriging, simple kriging, kriging variance, kriging efficiency, regression Slope and lagrange, etc, all form a part of the application.
Works with multiple reefs and allows you to evaluate in small mining areas like digging projects.

MT Recon

Reconciliation between resource model, short term model, grade control, planning, mining, processing, etc.
Open cast, tailings, underground, plant modules.
Accurate calculations using small SMU (Size mine unit)
Reconcile multiple block models with different origins in one touch
Calculate cut and filled material.
Classify by geological domain, grade control strings, etc.
