MT STOCK
 

MT Stock is a web based application that can be accessed via the internet or intranet to manage stock movement and keep your data centralised and safe. The information will be protected and can only be accessed by users with a valid user name and password. The software was designed for touch screens and an on-screen keyboard is available within the software.
This software enables the user to order stock items from specific suppliers. Ordering stock can be done manually or automatically. The Automatic ordering option generates orders that keep stock on their desired stock level. This also makes receiving of stock quick and easy.
Reports are available for the user to visualise stock movement and auditing.

Features

Counting Stock
                    • Schedule and plan stock to be counted daily (day-by-day) by item and supplier
                    • Bulk stock takes by item and by supplier can be performed at any time
                    • View an array of trend analysis, stock movement and level, and sales reports
                    • Stock counts can be done offline as well to enable the users with limited internet access to be able to count stock and upload the results later.

Ordering Stock
                    • Manually create and place orders for stock by supplier
                    • Automatically generate orders based on stock on hand and model stock 
                    • Email electronic orders to suppliers and head office 
                    • Goods receiving facility and balancing stock against orders
                    • View an array of stock order and goods received reports

Store Layout
                    • Design department adjacencies for various store sizes and layouts
                    • Design floor layout, departments, shelving units and modules
                    • Design planograms, supplier and brand priority and ratings based on sales 
                    • Automatic placement of stock items in store according to planograms and popularity with override ability
                    • Eliminate blank spaces with the option to either automatically fill the space or leave it open
                    • Planograms require super user authorization before they are distributed to the stores
                    • Electronic planograms and store layouts are available immediately online as opposed to manual paper based processes
