Minesoft clients receive extensive training and ingoing support. We are motivated to satisfy our client’s needs by providing first-rate software products, attentive after sales service and continues training and support.
 

An integral part of Minesoft’s software implementation is the on-site personal training in the comfort of your own workplace. We will provide training at the location of your choice and continue additional online training on a weekly basis.

A built in change management system assists new users to adopt the application over a period of time allowing fluent implementation and increased efficiency.
In addition to receiving on- or off- site training, Minesoft customers receive 24-hour support by means of telephone, email or Skype.
